There’s a lot of pressure to figure it out. Sometimes the problem isn’t that you haven’t found the answer yet. You’re still changing.
What you value may be different
The life you wanted may no longer feel like yours
Your definition of success may be changing
The person you’re becoming hasn’t fully taken shape yet.
The space between what was and what’s next is the in-between. It can feel confusing, but it’s a crucial part of change. You don’t have to rush through it or blow up your life.
A place to figure things out while your figuring things out
PIVOTERS CLUB is an online membership for people who are navigating periods of change. Understand what’s happening, explore who you’re becoming, experiment what might fit and connect with people going through their own version of it.
Go deeper into what is happening beneath the surface. Explore identity, the in-between, self-trust, decision making and what it means to move through change without rushing into the next thing.

More as we grow
Outgrowing a career is normal. It often comes with bigger questions.
A career is where the change often shows up first. What sits underneath is usually quiter than a crisis: your values or your definition of success.
Questions people often find themselves asking:
What do I actually want?
What does success mean to me now?
Who am I if I’m not doing this?
You don’t have to answer any of them today.
Change isn’t always about work. Sometimes the change starts somewhere else.
It doesn’t take a big event. People outgrow parts of their lives all the time, in fact it’s a normal part of being a human and something you can move though with support.

The Founder’s Story
I’m Anna, the founder of PIVOTERS CLUB
My story started when I was 35. I began to feel like I was outgrowing the career I had built over 12 years; but it wasn’t just my career. I was also starting to question other parts of my life, including my long-term relationship and the country I had lived in for six years. I didn’t really understand what was happening. On paper, my life looked like the life I had always wanted. So what happens when the plan you built your life around stops working?
The following five years became the most life-changing years of my life. Today, I call them my In-Between years, the years when I was between who I had been and who I was becoming.
My own journey made me slightly obsessed with understanding change.
I trained as a breathwork teacher and went deep into understanding the nervous system, liminality, the subconscious mind and how real change actually happens. Along the way, I continued supporting others through their own processes of change.
And that eventually led me to build PIVOTERS CLUB.
What I saw through my own journey was how unprepared we are to support ourselves, and each other, through these periods of change.
Change is a constant part of being human, but very little prepares us for what it actually feels like to go through it.
I hope PIVOTERS CLUB can become a place where you can be in your own messy process without needing to have all the answers. A place where you can understand what is happening, learn to trust yourself through the uncertainty, and surround yourself with others who are going through their own process of evolution.
What members say
”I kept comparing myself to people who seemed to have it all together. Learning about the In-Between was a relief. I realised I wasn’t stuck, I was in the middle of something. It changed how I spent my days, because I stopped trying to force an answer and started trying small things.”
Laura, left a corporate role, six months in
“The big moment from the program for me was realising that I had internalised not knowing what my next steps should be and not being able to continue in my corporate career as a personal failure. The program helped me reframe all of this and see the broader picture about what was really going on.”
Maaria, left a corporate career to start a business
“For about a year I felt like something was off, but nothing was technically wrong. I had a good job and a good life on paper. The workshop helped me see that my priorities had changed, and that I wasn’t being ungrateful. I’d just outgrown a few things. I still don’t have it all figured out, but I’m not fighting myself anymore.”

Articles on outgrowing your career, navigating the in-between, rebuilding self-trust, and figuring out what comes next.
We tend to talk about career change as if something has to go visibly wrong before we're allowed to want something different. But careers, like the rest of a life, evolve with the person living them.
