Sometimes life shifts and you don't have the language for what's happening to you. You're not who you were, and you're not yet who you're becoming and no one really teaches you how to be in that space. This course is an orientation for exactly that. It's designed to help you understand what's actually happening in a season like this, why it feels disorienting, why your nervous system might feel unsettled, why old habits and old versions of you stop making sense before the new ones take shape. You'll get language for what you're going through, so it stops feeling like something's wrong with you and starts feeling like something you can actually navigate. If you're in a season between who you are and who you're becoming, and you need a map for where you're standing, this is for you.

At 35, my life stopped feeling like mine.
It was a quiet but persistent sense that the life I had built, the career, the direction, the version of myself I'd been living as, no longer quite fit who I was becoming.
I spent five years trying to understand what was happening to me and why change felt so impossibly hard. That journey sent me deep into research on identity, adult development, and how human beings actually change.
What I found is that In-Between Seasons are one of the most normal things a person can go through. There is a pattern to it. There is a process. And nobody had given me a map for it.
I built this course because I wish someone had given it to me.
