A grounding session for people who need a break from their own thoughts
Sometimes life gets overwhelming. Maybe something is shifting, in your career, in your relationships, in your sense of direction. Maybe you're navigating a period of change and you can't quite explain why everything feels harder than it should.
And in those moments, most of us do the same thing: we think more. We analyse. We go over the same thoughts again and again, trying to find clarity through our minds.
But here's the thing, when we're stressed or overwhelmed, clarity doesn't come from thinking harder. It can't.
Why your body holds the answer your mind can't find?
When we're stressed or navigating uncertainty, our nervous system goes into threat mode. In that state, the part of the brain responsible for clarity and self-trust goes offline. Thinking harder won't bring it back.
The only way back is through the body.
Research shows that more information travels from the body to the brain than the other way around. When we're disconnected from our bodies, we lose access to our own instincts and stop being able to hear ourselves clearly.
Breathwork and body-based practices activate the nervous system's natural calming response. They bring you back online. Not through analysis, through your body.
We meet in a small group at Healing Arts studio in Helsinki.
The session begins with a short introduction, some context for why we're here and what we're doing together. Then we move into the practice itself: breathwork and body-based tools designed to help you regulate, ground, and reconnect with yourself. We close gently, giving your nervous system time to settle.
Just two hours of getting out of your head and back into your body.

I'm Anna. I became a breathwork teacher during one of the hardest periods of my own life. It helped me find clarity, build self-trust, and regulate my nervous system in a way that nothing else had. It made navigating that period so much more manageable.
That's why I teach this and why I want to share these same tools with others.

Not at all. This session is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. All you need to do is show up.

Wear something comfortable that you can breathe and move freely in. Bring a water bottle. Everything else is provided.

Yes, this is a welcoming, non-intimidating space. There is no right or wrong way to experience this. You just follow along at your own pace.
